- 4 large tart apples, peeled, cored, and thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup melted vegan butter
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced apples, raisins, sugar, and cinnamon.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface into a large rectangle.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly over the pastry, leaving a small border around the edges.
