- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup cornstarch

Steps:

- In a separate bowl, dissolve cornstarch in 1/4 cup of water.
- Gradually whisk the cornstarch mixture into the simmering coconut milk until well combined.
- Continue cooking and stirring until the mixture thickens and becomes glossy.
- Remove from heat, stir in vanilla extract, and pour into a dish.
