    Ingredients

    • 2 cups tapioca flour
    • 1 teaspoon baking powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1 cup vegan cheese, shredded
    • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
    • 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted

    Steps:

    1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
    2. In a large bowl, mix together the tapioca flour, baking powder, and salt.
    3. Add the shredded vegan cheese, almond milk, and melted coconut oil. Stir until a dough forms.
    4. Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
    5. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden and puffy.
