Ingredients
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
Steps:
- Prepare the filling by sautéing onion, garlic, and bell pepper in vegetable oil until soft.
- Add jackfruit, cumin, black pepper, salt, and soy sauce, cooking until the mixture is well combined and flavorful.
- Set aside to cool.
