Ingredients
- 200g fermented rice noodles
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, julienned
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 200ml vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 bunch of scallions, chopped
- 1 handful of fresh cilantro, for garnish
- Salt and pepper, to taste
