Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a food processor, pulse together flour, vegan butter, sugar, and salt until crumbly. Press into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch baking pan.
Bake crust for 15 minutes until lightly golden. Remove from oven.

Whisk cornstarch with 3 tablespoons of water in a bowl. Stir into the saucepan. Cook until the mixture thickens.
