- 6 cups of vegetable broth
- 2 cups of water
- 2 ears of corn, cut into halves
- 1 cup of guascas (dried or fresh)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup of capers
- 1/4 cup of soy cream
Steps:
- In a large pot, combine the vegetable broth, water, potatoes, and corn. Bring to a boil.
