  • 6 cups of vegetable broth

  • 2 ears of corn, cut into halves
  • 1 cup of guascas (dried or fresh)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup of capers
  • 1/4 cup of soy cream

Steps:
